The original Bank of Bishop building, circa 1877, and the adjacent original Bishop Estate Office, were carefully renovated and returned to it’s unique dignity.  Working closely with Trustee Mark D Bernstein, the original elements were preserved.

"2011 Historic Preservation Honor Award Winner” from the Historic Hawaii Foundation, for the rehabilitation of The Harriet Bouslog Building, 63 Merchant Street, downtown Honolulu, was presented to Mitch Kysar Construction April 19, 2011.
